Bhutan+partners board members meet three times a year with the staff members. The board members are actively involved in taking policy measures and setting out future focus areas.

Bhutan+partners work with partners in the Netherlands and in Bhutan. Bhutan+partners are in close contact with relevant ministries of the Royal Government of Bhutan, the embassy to Bhutan in Brussels, the Dutch Royal Embassy in Delhi, the Dutch consulate in Thimphu and the honorary consul to Bhutan in the Netherlands.
